1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information GC Software Solutions collects through this website and the checkout process. It does not cover data handled inside the desktop software itself (e.g. resident records entered into SimpleMAR) — that data stays on your own systems and is governed by your facility's own data practices, not by this site.

3. Third parties we rely on

Stripe — payment processing for licensed software. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Netlify — hosts this website. See Netlify's privacy policy.
Cloudflare R2 — hosts downloadable installer files.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

4. Data retention

We keep purchase records (email, license, transaction ID) for as long as needed to provide support and comply with tax/accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your contact information at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or state privacy laws.

6. Health information handled by the Software

If you're a facility using SimpleMAR or a similar product, any resident/patient data you enter is stored on infrastructure you control (locally or in a database you manage), not collected by GC Software Solutions through this website. If a future version of any product involves us hosting or processing health data on your behalf, that relationship will be governed by a separate agreement (e.g. a Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA), not this policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
